The invention discloses a post-anchoring maintenance joist barrow for an existing bridge. The post-anchoring maintenance joist barrow comprises a post-anchoring system, a track system, a walking system, a portal frame system and a truss system. The rear anchoring system is connected to the existing bridge girder; the track system is located on the lower side of the rear anchoring system and connected with the rear anchoring system. The walking system is located on the upper side of the portal frame system, connected with the rail system and the portal frame system and drives the portal frame system to slide on the rail system. The portal frame system is arranged on the lower side of the track system, is connected with the walking system and the truss system and drives the truss system to slide on the track system; a pedestrian path is arranged on the truss system, and the truss system penetrates through and is slidably connected to the portal frame system and moves along the track system along with the portal frame system. A solution is provided for an existing bridge which is not provided with a maintenance joist barrow during construction, universality and practicability are high, construction is convenient and fast, and all-directional maintenance, detection and maintenance of the bridge can be achieved.
