The gate intelligent reconstruction system comprises a gate local control device, an intelligent irrigation district platform, and an equipment adding subsystem, a data acquisition service subsystem and an equipment control service subsystem which are connected with the intelligent irrigation district platform, the gate local control device comprises a gate lifting mechanism, an automatic control mechanism and a manual control mechanism; the gate lifting mechanism comprises a lead screw lifter and a lead screw; the automatic control mechanism comprises a direct current motor; the direct current motor is connected to the equipment control service subsystem through a driver; the manual control mechanism comprises a rocking handle and a reverse speed reducer in transmission connection with the rocking handle, and an output shaft of the reverse speed reducer is connected to an input shaft of the lead screw elevator. Remote control can be achieved, and the gate can be operated without going to the site; due to the reverse speed reducer, time and labor are saved during manual control; during manual opening and closing, more time and labor are saved during manual control by means of a reverse speed reducer; the equipment is small in size, light in weight and simple and convenient to install and construct.
