The invention discloses a heating and ventilation pipe auxiliary laying device which comprises a bottom plate, two connecting plates are symmetrically fixed to one end of the bottom plate, the two connecting plates are arranged in an inclined mode, sleeves are fixed to the bottom ends of the two connecting plates respectively, and a pressing roller is arranged between the two sleeves. According to the device, a V-shaped push plate, a compression roller and a groove rolling wheel are arranged, after the device passes through a pit bottom, a compacted flat ground is left, and meanwhile, a compacted placing groove for placing a heating and ventilation pipeline is left in the center of the compacted flat ground, so that when the heating and ventilation pipeline is placed in the placing groove, the arc-shaped surface at the bottom of the heating and ventilation pipeline is in complete contact with the groove; by means of the structure, soil does not need to be filled between the arc-shaped face of the bottom of the pipeline and the pit bottom, meanwhile, gaps or holes are effectively prevented from being generated between the arc-shaped face of the bottom of the pipeline and the pit bottom, the heating and ventilation pipeline is protected, collapse of backfilled soil is effectively avoided, and convenience is effectively provided for laying work of the heating and ventilation pipeline.
