The invention discloses a construction method for repairing a pipeline through a stainless steel quick lock, which comprises a stainless steel sleeve and a moving device for feeding the stainless steel sleeve into the pipeline, and the stainless steel sleeve is formed by connecting three stainless steel ring sheets through a clamping and locking mechanism; the clamping and locking mechanism comprises an inserting strip arranged on the inner arc face of the stainless steel ring piece and an inserting sleeve matched with the inserting strip. The stainless steel sleeve is arranged on the periphery of the moving device in a sleeving mode, the inserting strips are inserted into the inserting sleeves, the inserting strips are fixed through the triangular clamping blocks and the triangular grooves under the action of the abutting springs, and then the three stainless steel ring pieces can be connected, and then the stainless steel sleeve is fed into a to-be-repaired pipeline through the moving device; after the stainless steel sleeve is conveyed into a to-be-repaired pipeline through the moving device, the inflatable air bag is inflated to expand the stainless steel sleeve, the stainless steel sleeve is made to repair the repaired position through the rubber sleeve by means of pressure, and therefore the purpose of rapid repairing is achieved.
