Method for pouring concrete in steel pipe
The invention discloses a method for pouring concrete in a steel pipe. A pouring opening and a water drainage opening are formed in the outer wall, at the preset height, of a steel pipe, the water drainage opening is located above the pouring opening, then a short pipe connected with a conveying pipe extends into the pouring opening, and finally concrete is poured into the steel pipe through the conveying pipe and the short pipe till the concrete rises to the water drainage opening. According to the method for pouring the concrete into the steel pipe, pouring is conducted from the pouring opening with the preset height of the steel pipe when the concrete is poured into the steel pipe, so that the falling height of the concrete conveyed to the steel pipe through the water conveying pipe and the short pipe is not high, and then when the concrete is poured into the steel pipe, the segregation phenomenon of the concrete can be avoided; and the quality of the concrete is further ensured.
本发明公开了一种钢管内浇注混凝土的方法。通过在钢管的预设高度的外壁开设浇筑口和泄水口,并使泄水口位于浇筑口上方,然后将与输送管连接的短管从浇筑口伸入,最后通过输送管和短管向钢管浇注混凝土,直至混凝土上升至泄水口。通过上述公开的钢管内浇注混凝土的方法,由于对钢管浇注混凝土时,是从钢管的预设高度的浇筑口进行浇注,使得通过输水管和短管输送至钢管的混凝土的下落高度不高,进而在混凝土浇注在钢管内时,能够避免混凝土出现离析现象,进而保证了混凝土的质量。
