The invention discloses a water suction pump device capable of moving rapidly. The water suction pump device comprises a water pump, a mounting frame, a floating assembly, a driving assembly, an electric control box and a storage battery. The floating assembly can enable the mounting frame to float on the water surface; the water inlet end of the water pump is connected with a water inlet pipe, and the water outlet end of the water pump is connected with a drainage hose. The two driving assemblies are arranged on the left side and the right side of the mounting frame correspondingly, the driving assemblies can drive the mounting frame to move on the water surface, and the moving direction of the mounting frame can be adjusted; the electric control box is arranged on the mounting frame, a first controller and a wireless receiver are arranged in the electric control box, the wireless receiver is electrically connected with the input end of the first controller, and the driving motor and the water pump are electrically connected with the output end of the first controller; the storage battery supplies power to each electric device on the mounting rack; the device floats on the water surface to move, is similar to the moving principle of a ship, cannot be influenced by obstacles such as sludge and stones at the bottom of a foundation pit, and is very convenient to move in the foundation pit.
