The air bag expands to promote the sliding block to move downwards, the sliding block exhausts pulse air, the air bag can continuously drive the sliding block to move downwards due to the fact that the speed of the air entering the air bag is larger than the exhausting speed, the air exhausting groove can release pressurized air every time the air exhausting groove passes through one row of air exhausting holes, and the cloth bag is impacted; and dust on the outer side of the cloth bag is blown off, so that the high-pressure state can still be kept when the pulse gas is transmitted to the bottom of the cloth bag, and the influence of reduced gas pressure on the dust removal effect is avoided.
