Waterproof heat-preservation and heat-insulation building material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a waterproof heat-preservation and heat-insulation building material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1, adding calcium carbonate and glass fibers into modified resin, and manufacturing a gauze element through injection molding; 2, adding water into the polyphenyl granule thermal insulation mortar, and stirring to obtain slurry; 3, softening the surface of the rock wool by using a preparation device, and soaking the rock wool in the slurry; 4, a gauze element is attached to the surface of the rock wool filled with the slurry through a preparation device, and cutting is conducted after drying; 5, the EPS foam board is used for wrapping the rock wool attached to the gauze element, an extruded sheet is inlaid in the surface of the EPS foam board, and the waterproof heat preservation and heat insulation building material is obtained. The waterproof thermal insulation building material comprises an inner core, two protective nets attached to the two faces of the inner core, two coats wrapping the outer sides of the inner core and the protective nets, and decorative layers connected to the coats, wherein the inner core is made of rock wool, the protective nets are gauze, the coats are made of foam plates, and the decorative layers are made of extruded sheets.
