Anti-hail and anti-condensation synthetic resin tile
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses an anti-hail and anti-condensation synthetic resin tile which comprises a PVC layer, a resin fiber net layer and an ASA layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The resin fiber net layer is formed by wrapping a fiber net with unsaturated polyurethane resin and curing the fiber net, and the fiber net is formed by mixing and weaving nano alumina fibers and wholly aromatic polyamide fibers; the resin fiber net is compounded between the PVC layer and the ASA layer, so that the impact resistance of the synthetic resin tile is improved; the unsaturated polyurethane resin forms a net structure, has certain flexibility and plays roles in fixing fibers and transferring stress; according to the fiber net, the wholly aromatic polyamide fiber which is high in impact resistance and serves as a main reinforcing material and the nanometer aluminum oxide fiber which is good in toughness and large in deformation quantity and serves as a secondary reinforcing material are mixed, so that the resin fiber net has higher toughness and enough rigidity, and the mechanical property of the synthetic resin tile under the severe condition is improved.
