The invention discloses an engineering muck grouting treatment method which comprises the following steps: S1, screening engineering muck to obtain coarse aggregate, first fine sand and first muddy water, and directly recycling the coarse aggregate; s2, the first fine sand is subjected to sand washing and dewatering treatment, second fine sand and second muddy water are obtained, the second fine sand is directly recycled, and the first muddy water and the second muddy water are introduced into a transfer pool; s3, the sediment content in the transfer pool is detected, and the demand quantity of residual raw materials needed for preparing the grouting mortar is determined according to the sediment content; s4, test mortar is prepared according to the determined silt content and the demanded quantity of the remaining raw materials, and then the prepared test mortar is detected; s5, if the test mortar is detected to be qualified, grouting mortar is prepared; and if the test mortar is detected to be unqualified, repeating the steps S3 and S4 until the test mortar is detected to be qualified.
