The invention discloses a formwork and hanging basket integrated device for bridge deck cast-in-place flange plate construction and a construction method of the formwork and hanging basket integrated device. The device comprises guide rails laid on a cast-in-place bridge deck; the cantilever frame is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, the first end is slidably arranged on the guide rail, and the second end stretches across the outer side steel beam and extends to the outer side of the outer side steel beam; the hanging basket assembly comprises a bottom plate, a hanging rod and a hinge rod, the bottom plate is provided with a first side and a second side which are opposite, the first side of the bottom plate abuts against the outer side face of the outer side steel beam, the hanging rod is installed in the middle of the cantilever frame in a lifting mode, and the lower end of the hanging rod is connected to the first side of the bottom plate; the two ends of the hinge rod are hinged to the second side of the bottom plate and the second end of the cantilever frame correspondingly, and a pouring space is formed among the side face of the cast-in-place bridge deck slab, the outer side of the upper portion of the outer side steel beam and the bottom plate. The method solves the problem that the flange plate of the cast-in-place bridge deck of the steel-concrete combined bridge is not suitable for being poured by adopting a traditional construction process in a water-crossing or high-pier environment.
本发明公开了一种桥面现浇翼缘板施工的模架与挂篮一体化装置及其施工方法,该装置包括:铺设于现浇桥面板的导轨;悬挑架,具有相对的第一端和第二端,第一端滑设于导轨,第二端横跨外侧钢梁并伸至外侧钢梁的外侧;以及挂篮组件,包括底板、吊杆和铰接杆,底板具有相对的第一侧和第二侧,底板的第一侧抵靠于外侧钢梁的外侧面,吊杆可升降地安装于悬挑架的中部,吊杆的下端连接于底板的第一侧,铰接杆的两端分别铰接连接于底板的第二侧和悬挑架的第二端,现浇桥面板的侧面、外侧钢梁的上部的外侧以及底板之间形成浇筑空间。本发明解决了在跨水或高墩环境下钢混结合桥梁的现浇桥面板的翼缘板浇筑不适宜采用传统施工工艺的问题。
