The invention relates to mud jacking spiral steel pipe pile equipment and a pile driving method. Comprising a steel pipe, a pile end mud jacking assembly and a grouting device, the pile end mud jacking assembly comprises guide pipes and a pile end mud jacking head, the pile end mud jacking head comprises a three-way body, the three-way body is of an inverted-T-shaped structure, the vertical section of the three-way body is connected with the bottom end of the lowest guide pipe, and the two horizontal sections of the three-way body are connected with mud jacking devices correspondingly; the bottom end of the lowermost steel pipe is of an inverted-triangle structure, and a through hole is formed in the side wall of the inverted-triangle structure and used for the mud jacking device to stretch out. The method comprises the steps that after the first section of steel pipe is installed, the first section of guide pipe of the pile end grouting assembly is connected with the next section of guide pipe, and then the first section of steel pipe is connected with the next section of steel pipe through the connecting piece; after the steel pipes are installed to the preset depth, the grouting device extends out of the through hole in the bottom end of the lowermost steel pipe; cement and water glass mixed slurry is injected, and the slurry can be quickly condensed, so that the problem that the slurry is flushed and dispersed in a flowing water environment can be effectively solved.
本发明涉及压浆螺旋钢管桩设备以及打桩方法。包括钢管、桩端压浆组件以及注浆装置,桩端压浆组件包括导管以及桩端压浆头,桩端压浆头包括三通体,三通体为“⊥”字形结构,三通体的竖直段与最下方的导管的底端连接,三通体的两个水平段分别连接压浆器;最下方的钢管的底端为倒三角形结构,且倒三角形结构的侧壁开设通孔,用于供压浆器伸出。方法为:第一段钢管安装完成后,桩端压浆组件的第一段导管连接下一段导管,然后第一段钢管通过连接件连接下一段钢管;钢管安装至预设的深度后,使得压浆器伸出最下方的钢管的底端的通孔;注入水泥、水玻璃混合浆液,浆液能够快速凝结,能够有效解决动水环境下,浆液被冲释、分散的问题。
