The overhanging type elephant trunk device comprises an elephant trunk body, a guide mechanism and a moving mechanism, the guide mechanism comprises overhanging square steel and two C-shaped rails, one end of the overhanging square steel is fixed to a supporting beam, the other end of the overhanging square steel is a hanging part, the two C-shaped rails are fixedly installed below the hanging part, the two C-shaped rails are arranged in parallel, and the opening directions of the two C-shaped rails are opposite; the moving mechanism comprises two sets of variable-diameter rotating wheels, two vertically-arranged pull rods and two transversely-arranged supporting rods, the upper ends of the two pull rods are fixedly connected with the two sets of variable-diameter rotating wheels respectively, the lower ends of the two pull rods are fixedly connected with the two supporting rods respectively, and the thin ends of the two sets of variable-diameter rotating wheels are limited in openings of the two C-shaped rails respectively; a plurality of shelving beams are arranged on the outer circumference of the elephant trunk body, the elephant trunk body penetrates through the space between the two supporting rods, and the shelving beams are borne on the supporting rods. The articulated chute body is placed on the moving mechanism, and the moving mechanism can slide along the guide mechanism, so that the position and the direction of the articulated chute body are quickly adjusted.
