Prefabricated implantable foundation pit supporting structure with combination of vertical supporting piles and inclined supports
The invention discloses a vertical support pile and inclined support combined prefabricated implantable foundation pit support structure which comprises a coping beam, a support pile and a prefabricated inclined support, the top ends of the supporting piles are fixedly connected with the coping beam, and the top ends of the prefabricated inclined supports are fixedly connected with the coping beam. The top of the support pile is fixedly connected with a pipe pile end plate, the upper surface of the pipe pile end plate is fixedly connected with an end plate steel bar, and the end plate steel bar extends into the capping beam and is fixedly connected with the capping beam; a coping beam steel bar is arranged in the coping beam, the portion, making contact with the prefabricated inclined support, of the coping beam is an inclined face axially perpendicular to the prefabricated inclined support, the prefabricated inclined support is inserted into the coping beam and fixedly connected with the coping beam through a steel bar structure, and an angle steel supporting plate is fixedly connected to the connecting position of the coping beam and the prefabricated inclined support. While the requirements for strength, deformation and the like of the design are met, compared with the prior art, the method is more suitable for construction environments such as narrow construction sites, complex surrounding environments and difficult pile pulling, and is environmentally friendly, low in cost and convenient to construct.
本发明一种竖向支护桩与斜向支撑组合的预制植入式基坑支护结构,包括压顶梁、支护桩、预制斜支撑;支护桩的顶端与压顶梁固连,预制斜支撑的顶端与压顶梁固连;支护桩的顶部固连有管桩端板,管桩端板的上表面固连有端板钢筋,端板钢筋伸入压顶梁中并与之固连;压顶梁中布置有压顶梁钢筋,压顶梁与预制斜支撑接触的部分为与预制斜支撑轴向垂直的斜面,预制斜支撑插入压顶梁中,并通过钢筋结构固连,压顶梁与预制斜支撑的连接处固连有角钢托板。本发明在满足设计的强度和变形等要求的同时,相较于现有技术更为适用于施工场地狭小、周边环境复杂、拔桩困难等施工环境,而且环保、成本低、施工便捷。
