The invention provides a connecting joint of a concrete structure and a cantilever plate, a connecting assembly comprises an embedded plate at least partially wrapping the concrete structure and a connecting piece used for penetrating through a connecting through hole of the concrete structure, and the embedded plate is connected with the connecting piece; the steel beam assembly is used for bearing the cantilever plate and connected with an embedded plate located on the outer side of the concrete structure. The connecting pieces are connected with the embedded plates through the connecting through holes, then the embedded pieces at least partially wrap the concrete structure, and the steel beam assemblies are connected with the corresponding embedded plates so as to support the installation of the cantilever plate. The connecting piece penetrates into the concrete structure, the connecting strength of the steel beam and the concrete structure can be improved, and on the premise that the stability of an original concrete structure is not damaged, the structural stability of a newly-added structure, namely the cantilever plate can be effectively guaranteed. The invention further provides a construction method of the connecting joint of the concrete structure and the cantilever plate.
