The invention discloses an antibacterial LVT floor and a preparation process thereof, and aims to provide the antibacterial LVT floor of which one layer is arranged to be of an antibacterial structure convenient to mount and the preparation process of the antibacterial LVT floor. The antibacterial fabric comprises a surface layer, an antibacterial layer and a woven layer, the surface layer and the woven layer are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the antibacterial layer respectively, a plurality of installation grooves are evenly distributed in the upper end of the surface layer, grid blocks are installed in the installation grooves, a plurality of insertion grooves are formed in the lower end of the surface layer, and a plurality of antibacterial protruding blocks are installed at the upper end of the antibacterial layer. The antibacterial protruding blocks and the mounting grooves are in one-to-one correspondence with the inserting grooves, the antibacterial layer is connected with the surface layer in an inserted mode through cooperation of the antibacterial protruding blocks and the inserting grooves, and the upper end of the woven layer is connected with the antibacterial layer. The antibacterial floor has the beneficial effects that the purpose of arranging one layer of the floor into an antibacterial structure convenient to install can be achieved; the protection strip is convenient to mount and dismount; and the probability that the ground is mildewed due to long-term moisture can be reduced.
