The invention provides a construction method for reinforcing a hollow precast slab of a brick-concrete structure. The construction method comprises the steps of carbon fiber reinforcement, angle steel reinforcement, surface layer chiseling, brick wall and slab joint connection treatment, steel bar binding, concrete pouring and the like. According to the invention, the hollow prefabricated floor slab is reinforced, and the slab and the wall surface are connected into a whole by increasing the cross section, adding the reinforced concrete slab on the slab surface and effectively connecting with the brick wall, so that the thermal insulation performance is enhanced; the slab bottom is reinforced through carbon fibers, and the rigidity of an original hollow prefabricated floor is improved; the original hollow prefabricated floor slab is used as a carrier, the deflection requirement is met by increasing the laying length of the hollow prefabricated floor slab at the joint with the wall, operation is convenient, resources are saved, and the environment is protected.
