The invention discloses a fixing device for a concrete conveying pump pipe to penetrate through floors, and aims to provide a conveying pipeline fixing device which can avoid pipe explosion, reduce noise, be accurate and reliable in positioning and eliminate potential safety hazards. The device comprises a cover plate (3) with a round hole in the surface, a cylindrical limiting sleeve (7) is fixed to the back face of the cover plate, an annular bottom plate (8) is fixed to a lower port of the limiting sleeve, and the center of the round hole is coaxial with the center of an inner circle (9) of the bottom plate; a rubber bushing (10) fixed between the cover plate (3) and the bottom plate (8) enables the round hole to be communicated with the inner circle (9), an annular air bag (6) located between the rubber bushing (10) and the limiting sleeve (7) is placed on the bottom plate (8), and an air valve (11) of the air bag penetrates through the cover plate (3) and extends upwards. The fixing device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to install and use and firm and reliable in restraining the pump pipe, and is used for fixing the concrete conveying pump pipe penetrating through the floor.
