The intelligent sampling closestool for medical solid excrement comprises a closestool body, a closestool inner container arranged in the closestool body, a back cavity and a blow-off pipe, the blow-off pipe is communicated with the bottom of the closestool inner container, the blow-off pipe comprises a horizontal section and a bent section, and an excrement deposition cavity sunken downwards is formed in the horizontal section; the back cavity is located between the rear side and the horizontal section of the closestool inner container, and a mechanical arm mounting channel and an air inlet channel are formed in the back cavity; a mechanical arm is arranged in the mechanical arm mounting channel, and a clamping device used for clamping cotton swabs and a vibration device facilitating sampling are arranged in the mechanical arm; an air inlet manifold is arranged in the air inlet channel, and a motor air pump is arranged in the back cavity. The air inlet manifold is connected with the air inlet end of the motor air pump, and the air outlet end of the motor air pump communicates with the mechanical arm. The invention further provides a sampling method of the intelligent sampling closestool for the medical solid excrement. The environment of a sampling toilet is improved, and meanwhile the effect of saving manpower can be achieved.
