Disclosed are novel ecological salt damage resistant repair materials for repairing concrete structures that have been exposed to chemically degraded environments caused by salt damage (Cl-) in marine environments, wherein the repair materials do not include existing organic materials. The present invention provides a material for repairing a concrete section in a salt-damaged environment, the concrete section repairing material comprising a mixture of a salt damage-resistant repairing material and a carrier wherein the salt damage-resistant repairing material comprises a binder comprising conventional type I Portland cement and an EVA-based polymer, polyethylene fibers and a fine aggregate, and the carrier has a porous structure on which bacteria for decomposing chloride ions and halophilic mucus-forming bacteria are immobilized.
