POROUS CERAMIC LAMINATE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a porous ceramic laminate capable of reducing the pressure loss of a fluid. The present invention is a porous ceramic laminate which is characterized in that: the porous ceramic laminate has a first porous layer and a second porous layer that is laminated on the first porous layer; the second porous layer has a portion that is laminated in contact with the first porous layer and a portion that is laminated on the first porous layer with air interposed therebetween, and the coefficient of variation CV (tb) of the film thickness of the second porous layer is 0.35 or less.
本发明的目的是提供能够降低流体的压力损耗的多孔质陶瓷层叠体。本发明为一种多孔质陶瓷层叠体,其特征在于,其是具有第1多孔质层和层叠于上述第1多孔质层之上的第2多孔质层的多孔质陶瓷层叠体,上述第2多孔质层具有接触地层叠于上述第1多孔质层之上的部分和隔着空气层叠于上述第1多孔质层之上的部分,上述第2多孔质层的膜厚的变动系数CV(tb)为0.35以下。
