The invention relates to a large seamless anti-seismic expansion joint for a bridge. The large seamless anti-seismic expansion joint comprises an expansion joint framework, a water seepage groove drainage assembly, a constant-section device, an aggregate assembly and a surface layer smoothing spring net. The expansion joint framework comprises a base and a lateral vertical steel plate; the constant-section device assembly comprises a joist body telescopic lifting device; the waterproof device comprises a water seepage and drainage diversion trench, an EVA plate (or an EP plate) and a fixing piece. The device has the beneficial effects that through the constant-section device, when a bridge deforms, the joist body can stretch and retract between the two expansion joint frameworks, and the stretching and retracting change between bridge gaps is absorbed; the joist bodies are horizontally combined to transfer force to complete lifting and stretching, and the aggregate assembly of the expansion joint is kept flush with the road surface.
