Construction method for pile entering hole of ultra-long reinforcement cage of long auger drilling and pressing grouting pile
The invention discloses a construction method for enabling an ultra-long reinforcement cage to enter a pile hole of a long spiral drilling and pressing grouting pile. The construction method aims at solving the problem that an existing construction mode cannot meet the requirements for perpendicularity and accurate positioning of the reinforcement cage when the ultra-long and ultra-heavy reinforcement cage is hoisted and installed. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a guide-in rod is arranged in a reinforcement cage in a penetrating mode; (2) connecting a combined lifting belt, wherein a main hook of the crawler crane is connected with a vibratory hammer; (3) arranging a roll shaft type anti-overflow hopper; (4) hoisting: after the reinforcement cage is away from the ground by a certain height, stopping the action of the auxiliary hook, and slowly hoisting the main hook until the reinforcement cage is vertically hoisted; (5) correcting the perpendicularity by adopting a theodolite; (6) slowly dropping a hook of the crawler crane, and timely starting a vibratory hammer to vibrate and downwards insert to a designed elevation; and (7) the vibratory hammer slowly vibrates until the leading-in rod is lifted out of the pile hole and then is closed. The construction method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation, manpower saving, high reliability, low construction cost and the like.
本发明公开了一种长螺旋钻压灌桩超长钢筋笼入桩孔施工方法,旨在解决现有施工方式无法适用超长超重钢筋笼起吊安装时对钢筋笼垂直度及准确定位的要求。其包括如下步骤:(1)穿设导入杆于钢筋笼中;(2)连接组合吊带,履带吊主钩与振动锤连接;(3)设置辊轴式防溢料斗;(4)起吊,钢筋笼离地一定高度后停止副钩动作,主钩慢速起吊直至钢筋笼竖直吊起;(5)采用经纬仪校正垂直度;(6)履带吊缓慢落钩,适时启动振动锤振动下插至设计标高;(7)振动锤缓慢振动直至从桩孔提出导入杆后关闭。本施工方法具有操作简便,节省人力,可靠性高,施工成本低等优点。
