The invention provides a pre-stressed anchor cable and a construction method of the pre-stressed anchor cable for a water-rich alluvial stratum. The pre-stressed anchor cable comprises a pipe body, a plurality of connecting bodies, a plurality of steel strands and a locking mechanism. One end of the tube body is an open end, the other end of the tube body is a closed end, the closed end of the tube body is conical, and a plurality of open holes are formed in the tube wall of the tube body; each connecting body is provided with a penetrating hole and a plurality of through holes, and the positions of the penetrating holes of the connecting bodies are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the through holes; the pipe body sequentially penetrates through the penetrating holes of the connecting bodies and is connected with the connecting bodies.
