The shelter comprises an outer structure assembly, the outer structure assembly comprises a shelter outer wall and a shelter inner wall, the shelter outer wall and the shelter inner wall are arranged in a spaced mode, and wall doors are installed on the shelter outer wall and the shelter inner wall correspondingly; the anti-backflow assembly comprises an anti-backflow pipe rotatably mounted between the outer wall of the shelter and the inner wall of the shelter, an inlet and outlet pipe door mounted on the side wall of the anti-backflow pipe and corresponding to the wall door, and a second supporting table top mounted at the lower end of the interior of the anti-backflow pipe and used for allowing a user to stand; the linkage assembly is installed between the shelter outer wall and the shelter inner wall and used for driving the backflow prevention assembly to rotate. The effect of preventing air on the two sides of the airtight door of the shelter from flowing and exchanging is good, so that air in a ward infected with viruses is difficult to flow back to the passageway of the shelter, and the safety performance of the shelter is improved.
