The invention relates to the technical field of electronic atomization, in particular to a fiber gypsum composite material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 45 to 60 parts of wood fiber slurry, 10 to 25 parts of heat-conducting graphite fiber and 20 to 35 parts of gypsum compound, the gypsum compound is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 94 to 97 parts of dihydrate gypsum, 3 to 5 parts of silicate and 0.1 to 0.3 part of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. The fiber gypsum composite material provided by the invention adopts a natural wood fiber and gypsum mixture as raw materials, accords with environment-friendly design, has good compatibility and combinability with a graphite film, and can form a heating body with the graphite film, so that the heating efficiency is improved. The heating element provided by the invention is high in heating efficiency, and most of the adopted materials are natural materials and can be recycled.
本发明涉及电子雾化技术领域,特别是涉及一种纤维石膏复合材料,按照质量份数计,其原料包括45份~60份木质纤维浆料、10份~25份导热石墨纤维及20份~35份石膏复合物;上述石膏复合物按照质量份数计,包括94份~97份二水石膏、3份~5份硅酸盐及0.1份~0.3份羧甲基纤维素钠。本发明提供的纤维石膏复合材料采用天然木质纤维及石膏混合物为原料,符合环保设计,且与石墨膜具有良好的相容性及结合性,可以与石墨膜构成的发热体,提高发热效率。本发明提供的发热体的发热效率高,且采用的材料大部分为天然材料,可回收利用。
