The invention discloses a fabricated self-resetting concrete pier with a shear-resistant energy consumption device, which is characterized in that a high-damping rubber pad is arranged in a groove on the upper surface of a bearing platform, and the pier is fixed on the high-damping rubber pad. A vertical hole channel is formed in the pier and extends from the lower bottom face of the pier to the interior of the pier body. The pier peripheral concrete structure is poured between the periphery of the pier and the bearing platform, the lower ends of the unbonded prestressed steel bars are anchored in the bearing platform, and the upper ends of the unbonded prestressed steel bars sequentially penetrate out of the bearing platform and the pier peripheral concrete structure and then are tensioned on the upper surface of the pier peripheral concrete structure. The embedded part is embedded in the bearing platform, the lower end of the protection pipe and the lower end of the energy consumption rod are fixed to the embedded part, and the protection pipe and the energy consumption rod penetrate through the bearing platform and then are tightly inserted into the hole channel. According to the fabricated self-resetting concrete pier with the shear-resistant energy consumption device, equivalent cast-in-place connection and prestress connection are combined, the energy consumption capacity of the pier is effectively compensated, and the pier has the anti-seismic energy consumption capacity and the self-resetting capacity.
