The invention discloses a novel grouting pipe pile. The novel grouting pipe pile specifically comprises a specially-made pipe pile and a grouting pipe. Wherein the grouting pipe is a hollow pipe, and a grouting hole is formed close to the tail end of the grouting pipe; the stop-grouting plugs comprise an upper stop-grouting plug and a lower stop-grouting plug, trays are arranged at the tops and the bottoms of the stop-grouting plugs, and electromagnets are fixed to the trays; in the pipe pile, a group of grouting holes are reserved in the range of each meter, and at least four grouting holes are reserved in each group of grouting holes; all grouting holes in each group of grouting holes are located in the same plane, and the plane of each grouting hole is perpendicular to the vertical central axis of the tubular pile; according to the method, the strength of the soft soil layer can be effectively improved, and the bearing capacity of the pipe pile is improved; the grouting equipment is simple and convenient to construct and can be recycled.
