The device is larger in fixing area, better in fixing capacity and more beneficial to control over upward floating of the reinforcement cage; the guide pipe is effectively prevented from hooking the reinforcement cage, and the reinforcement cage is taken up when pulled up; for a short pile area, the reinforcement cage can be effectively prevented from floating upwards, and the pile forming quality is improved; the repeated utilization rate is high, and repeated use can be achieved in the using process, so that the cost is reduced.
