The invention relates to the technical field of concrete prefabricated parts, in particular to a splicing assembly type building concrete prefabricated part which comprises a splicing culvert pipe mechanism, a supporting mechanism and a stability augmentation mechanism, and the splicing culvert pipe mechanism comprises a transversely-arranged main culvert pipe. An external ferrule and an internal ferrule which are used for improving the overall strength of the main culvert pipe and the auxiliary culvert pipe are clamped and welded on the inner wall and the outer wall of the main culvert pipe or the auxiliary culvert pipe respectively; a bearing backing ring, a traction backing ring, a first anti-cracking protection pad and a second anti-cracking protection pad which are symmetrically distributed and used for locally pressurizing and fixing the main culvert pipe and the auxiliary culvert pipe are movably assembled in the annular grooves in the two sides of the external ferrule and the internal ferrule respectively; the external ferrule and the internal ferrule which are assembled are clamped and fixed on the main culvert pipe or the auxiliary culvert pipe by utilizing the adjusting combined screw rod, and the plurality of brackets are arranged between the two adjacent bearing backing rings, so that the external lifting appliance can pull and suspend the plurality of brackets for vertical lifting; and therefore, the problem that the main culvert pipe or the auxiliary culvert pipe is stressed and fractured in the transfer period is avoided.
