The sides, close to each other, of the main support A and the main support B are jointly and uniformly provided with meshes, and the sides, away from each other, of the main support A and the main support B are respectively provided with a displacement groove A and a displacement groove B; through mutual cooperation of the disc, the mounting bin, the coil spring, the connecting shaft, the supporting frame, a direct-current speed regulator, a gear device, a sliding groove B, a sliding block B, a connecting rod B and a gear shifting poking piece, when the water pipe coiler rotates to release or wind a water hose, the sliding block B can be driven to move through cooperation of a transverse rod and a spiral displacement groove, and therefore the water hose coiler can rotate to release or wind the water hose. The sliding block B drives the connecting rod B to move up and down so as to adjust the position between the gear shifting plectrum and the gear device, control and adjustment of the direct-current speed regulator can be achieved, the rotating speed of the direct-current water pump can be adjusted through the direct-current speed regulator, and therefore automatic regulation and control of different water pressures needed by high-altitude and low-altitude spraying operation can be achieved.
