The invention discloses a fabricated concrete structure villa, and relates to a new construction mode in the house building industry, and reinforced concrete plates, beams and columns which are cast on site are manufactured in a prefabricated mode. The method comprises the following steps: planting a stand column which is cured to expire into a treated foundation reserved pit (2), calibrating the perpendicularity, horizontally placing the stand column on a prefabricated cross beam bracket (8), calibrating the levelness with a plate (5), welding and fixing angle iron seams (4) of corner protection edges to form a whole, pouring cement on all joint parts for curing, hoisting a roof truss (6), paving a roof (7), and fixing and integrally forming, so as to form a finished product. The labor cost can be saved by 70%, and the villa manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.
装配式混凝土结构别墅，发明涉及一种房屋建筑行业的新施工模式，将现场浇注的钢筋混凝土板、梁、柱以预制的形式制造。将养护到期的立柱栽入处理好的地基预留坑(2)中，校准好垂直度、水平放置预制好的横梁牛腿(8)上，和板(5)校准好水平度，将护角边的角铁缝(4)进行焊接固定，形成整体，再对所有结合部水泥浇注固化，再吊装屋面桁架(6)，铺设屋面(7)固定整体成形，可节约人工成本70％，大大降低了别墅造价。
