The invention relates to the technical field of biological safety cabinets, and discloses a cabinet door mechanism which comprises a body, a counterweight structure and a driving structure, the body comprises a door frame and a glass door, and the glass door is installed in the door frame in a liftable mode; the counterweight structure is connected with the upper part of the glass door; the driving structure comprises a pedal rotating wheel and a connecting assembly, the pedal rotating wheel is located below the body, one end of the connecting assembly is connected with the lower portion of the glass door, the other end of the connecting assembly is hinged to the pedal rotating wheel, the position of the connecting assembly changes along with rotation of the pedal rotating wheel, and the driving structure enables the connecting assembly to generate displacement through rotation of the pedal rotating wheel. And the glass door is driven to move upwards or downwards. According to the cabinet door mechanism disclosed by the invention, the contact between the hands of a laboratory technician and a glass door handle can be reduced, so that the pollution to the hands is reduced, the force application burden when the laboratory technician opens a door is reduced, the reliability of equipment is enhanced, and the production cost of the equipment is reduced.
