The invention relates to the field of steel structure bending parts, in particular to a bending center joint buckling strip machining device which comprises a rack. The storage bin comprises two storage cavities which are arranged in a spaced mode, and the storage cavities are suitable for storing plastic supporting blocks; the movable frame comprises a vertical telescopic rod, a transverse telescopic rod and a suction cup; and the connecting mechanism comprises a nail gun arranged on the rack. The invention further provides a center joint buckling strip which is characterized in that a plastic supporting block is arranged at the position, close to the bottom wall, of the side wall of the center joint groove of the groove body, at least two clamping grooves are formed in the side wall of the center joint groove in the direction, facing the opening portion of the groove body, of the plastic supporting block at intervals, and a concave positioning face is arranged in the middle section of the plastic supporting block; the bottom wall of the positioning face protrudes out of the side wall of the center joint groove towards the inner side of the center joint groove. According to the invention, the buckling strip can have multiple use states, the state of the buckling strip can be conveniently adjusted, the plastic supporting block and the groove body can be automatically and continuously assembled by providing the processing device, and the problems in the prior art are effectively solved.
本发明涉及钢结构折弯件领域,尤其是一种折弯中缝扣条加工装置,包括:机架;储料仓,包括两个间隔设置的储料腔,储料腔适于存放塑料支撑块;移动架,包括竖向伸缩杆、横向伸缩杆、吸盘;连接机构,包括设置于机架的钉枪。本发明还还提供了一种中缝扣条,包括:槽体中缝槽的侧壁在靠近底壁的位置设有塑料支撑块,中缝槽的侧壁在塑料支撑块朝向槽体口部的方向间隔至少设有两个卡接槽,塑料支撑块的中段设有凹陷的定位面,定位面的底壁向中缝槽的内侧凸出于中缝槽的侧壁。本发明能够使得扣条具有多种使用状态,还可便于调整扣条的状态,通过提供了加工装置可实现塑料支撑块与槽体的自动连续组装,有效的解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
