Sand paving device and automatic sand paving control method
A sand paving device comprises a walking mechanism, a driving mechanism, a guide hopper, a first lifting mechanism, a sand homogenizing rolling shaft, a scraper blade and a control system. A sand outlet is formed in the bottom of the guide hopper; through the first lifting mechanism, the guide hopper is rotatably arranged on the rack of the walking mechanism around a rotating shaft arranged at the bottom of the guide hopper, so that the included angle alpha between the guide hopper and the projection plane of the rack in the horizontal direction is adjusted; the sand uniformizing rolling shaft is arranged at the sand outlet, and when the sand uniformizing device is in a working state, the driving mechanism is started to drive the sand uniformizing rolling shaft to rotate, so that sand in the guide hopper is uniformly dispersed to a base plane P from the sand outlet through the sand uniformizing rolling shaft; the scraping plate is arranged below the guide hopper and is used for determining the laying thickness of the sand layer; and the control system is used for receiving an external instruction to control the driving mechanism and the first lifting mechanism. In the sand laying process, the first lifting mechanism lifts upwards, so that the included angle alpha between the guide hopper and the projection plane of the machine frame in the horizontal direction is increased, and sand discharging is smoother and smoother.
