Mobile robot for laying floor tiles and method for laying floor tiles
The invention provides a mobile robot for laying floor tiles and a method for laying the floor tiles. A frame of the mobile robot is provided with a lifting mechanism, a clamping and pushing mechanism and a laying mechanism. The lifting mechanism is used for lifting the floor tiles upwards; the clamping device clamps the two ends of a floor tile on the uppermost layer of the lifting mechanism, conveys the floor tile forwards, then loosens the floor tile and flatly places the floor tile on the conveying mechanism, and the conveying mechanism conveys the floor tile forwards to the laying mechanism in the X direction. The laying mechanism is provided with an overturning mechanism, and after a placing device of the overturning mechanism clamps one floor tile conveyed by the conveying mechanism, the overturning mechanism overturns forwards to lay the clamped floor tile on the ground. According to the equipment, storage, lifting, conveying and laying of the floor tiles are completely mechanically operated, compared with a manual laying mode, the laying effect is good, the efficiency is high, and meanwhile the labor cost can be reduced.
