By the adoption of the technical scheme, sediment transportation cannot be comprehensively blocked through the arrangement of the flexible protective net, migration and upstream tracing of fishes cannot be blocked, and therefore an ecological system is prevented from being threatened; the flexible protective net is good in overall stability, not prone to being damaged by water flow when the water flow is large, simple in structure and convenient for operators to install, and when the flexible protective net is damaged, the flexible protective net can be replaced in time, so that the service life of the flexible protective net is prolonged, and the service life of the flexible protective net is prolonged. The arrangement of the flexible protective net inhibits the undercutting of the upstream riverbed, can stabilize the erosion reference surface of the protected river section of the riverbed, and has good adaptability to the deformation of the riverbed.
