The invention discloses an immiscible liquid automatic separation and storage device which comprises a storage tank, the storage tank is used for storing and separating immiscible liquid, the immiscible liquid comprises first liquid and second liquid, the density of the second liquid is smaller than that of the first liquid, and the storage tank comprises a main storage area, an auxiliary storage area and a communication area; the lower end of the main storage area is communicated with the lower end of the auxiliary storage area through a communication area, a floating block is arranged in the main storage area, a gravity block connected with the floating block is arranged in the communication area, the floating block drives the gravity block to move up and down under the action of buoyancy to close or open the communication area, and a first liquid outlet is formed in the upper portion of the auxiliary storage area. A main liquid inlet and a second liquid outlet which can be opened and closed are respectively formed in the top and the bottom of the main storage area. The device has the advantages of wide application range and no leakage during overturning of the storage tank.
