The fixing plate is arranged on the base in the vertical direction, the connecting base is arranged on the portion, close to the lower end, of the fixing plate, the connecting base is hinged to the mounting plate through the connecting shaft, and the supporting plate is detachably connected to the side, away from the fixing plate, of the mounting plate. The arc-shaped adjusting plate is arranged at the near end part of the upper end of one side, close to the fixing plate, of the mounting plate, and the circle center of the arc-shaped adjusting plate and the axis of the connecting shaft are on the same straight line; a plurality of adjusting holes are formed in the arc-shaped adjusting plate at intervals, and the fixing bolts matched with the adjusting holes are detachably arranged on the fixing plate in a penetrating mode.
