Unilateral formwork combined reinforcing system
The invention discloses a unilateral formwork combined reinforcing system, and relates to a unilateral formwork reinforcing construction process adopted when a concrete wall is constructed in a narrow space. The method comprises the following steps: 1, surveying and setting out; 2, constructing a foundation pit protection cast-in-situ bored pile; thirdly, anchor bolt pull rod holes are pre-buried; 4, earth excavation; 5, constructing a cushion layer and spraying concrete; six-wall bottom finish rolling deformed steel bars and double-spliced channel steel are constructed; seventhly, construction is conducted above the foundation chamfer and before the wall body is built; eighthly, a hoisting machine is used for installing part of beret pieces firstly; 9, mounting a side wall template; tenthly, battens are installed; eleventhly, the rest beret pieces are installed, and finish rolling deformed steel bars are locked; 12, mold calibration; 13, pouring concrete; and 14, the formwork and the beret pieces are removed, and the deformed steel bars are locked. The construction method is mainly characterized in that the construction sequence of firstly completing a concrete drilling pile, then grooving, erecting a formwork and finally pouring is adopted, and under the condition of single-side formwork erecting, it can be ensured that the structure is stable, the occupied space of construction is saved, the turnover speed of formworks and reinforcing materials is increased, and the mechanical construction degree is improved.
单侧模板组合加固体系,涉及狭窄空间施工混凝土墙体时采用的单侧模板加固施工工艺。步骤是:一测量放线;二基坑防护钻孔灌注桩施工;三预埋锚栓拉杆孔;四土方开挖;五垫层施工及喷射混凝土;六墙底精轧螺纹钢和双拼槽钢施工;七在基础倒角以上同时筑墙体之前的施工;八使用吊装机械先安装部分贝雷片;九安装侧墙模板;十安装木方;十一安装剩余贝雷片及锁定精轧螺纹钢;十二校模;十三浇筑混凝土;十四拆除模板及贝雷片及锁定螺纹钢。主要特点在于采用先完成混凝土钻孔桩,再开槽、支模,最后浇注的施工顺序,在单侧支模的条件,可以确保结构稳定、节约施工占用空间、加快模板和加固材料周转速度、提高了机械化施工程度。
