The invention relates to a sewage discharge flange which comprises a base plate, a first water stop sleeve, a second water stop sleeve and a sewage discharge flange body. Insertion holes are formed in the base plate, the first water stop sleeve, the second water stop sleeve and the pollution discharge flange respectively, and the first water stop sleeve is located at the bottom end of the base plate; the lower portion of the second water stop sleeve penetrates through the base plate and the insertion hole of the first water stop sleeve, the lower portion of the sewage discharge flange is connected into the insertion hole of the second water stop sleeve in a sleeved mode, double leakage prevention can be achieved, and smell in the sewage discharge pipe can be prevented from returning upwards.
