Novel installation mode of photovoltaic panel frame installed in container type temporary building
The invention provides a novel installation mode of a photovoltaic panel frame installed in a container type temporary building. The method comprises the steps that S1, a photovoltaic support of a portal rigid frame structure is designed, the size and height of the photovoltaic support are slightly larger than those of a building, and the gradient of a top steel beam of the photovoltaic support is kept consistent with that of the original building; s2, a reinforced concrete independent foundation is constructed on the old soil layer on the periphery of the position where the temporary building is located; s3, the photovoltaic support is installed on the reinforced concrete independent foundation; s4, mounting a solar cell panel of the photovoltaic module on a rail at a steel beam at the top of the photovoltaic bracket through a pressing block in a corner fitting connection manner, and enabling the photovoltaic bracket to form a protective ceiling of a temporary building; and S5, fixing an inverter and a grid-connected metering box in the photovoltaic module at the steel columns playing a supporting role at the periphery of the photovoltaic bracket by adopting C-shaped steel. The photovoltaic power generation device can be installed on low-strength buildings such as container type temporary buildings, and the photovoltaic power generation device has good weather resistance, wind resistance and hail suppression performance.
本发明提出一种新型安装在集装箱式临时建筑的光伏板框架安装方式,包括以下步骤;步骤S1、设计门式刚架结构的光伏支架,使其尺寸及高度均略大于建筑,且光伏支架顶部钢梁的坡度与原建筑保持一致;步骤S2、在临时建筑所在位置外围的老土层上构建钢筋混凝土独立基础;步骤S3、把光伏支架安装于钢筋混凝土独立基础上;步骤S4、在光伏支架顶部钢梁处的轨道上,通过压块以角件连接方式安装光伏组件的太阳能电池板,使光伏支架形成临时建筑的防护顶棚;步骤S5、采用C型钢把光伏组件中的逆变器、并网计量箱固定于光伏支架周沿处起支撑作用的钢柱处。本发明能在集装箱式临时建筑这类低强度的建筑上安装光伏发电装置,具备良好的耐候性、防风性、防雹性。
