The invention discloses an environment-friendly autoclaved aerated concrete block and a preparation method thereof.The block is prepared from, by mass, 100-180 parts of fly ash, 50-80 parts of regenerated brick powder, 40-60 parts of cement, 40-70 parts of lime, 20-40 parts of gypsum, 0.2-0.7 part of aluminum powder, 0.05-0.2 part of foam stabilizer and 200-300 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the steps that the fly ash, the regenerated brick powder, the cement, the lime and the gypsum are mixed to obtain a raw material mixture; mixing aluminum powder, a foam stabilizer and water to obtain an aluminum powder solution; mixing the raw material mixture with residual water to obtain mixed slurry A; mixing the aluminum powder solution with the mixed slurry A to obtain mixed slurry B; casting and molding the mixed slurry B, curing in a curing chamber, demolding and cutting to obtain a blank body; and performing autoclaved curing on the green body to obtain the building block. The recycled brick powder is added in the production of the aerated concrete, so that the resource utilization of waste clay bricks is realized, the cost of the aerated concrete is effectively reduced, and the strength, heat insulation, sound insulation and other properties of the aerated concrete block are improved by optimizing the ratio of the raw materials.
