Pure CaF2 powder, Nd (1-5 at%) CaF2 powder or Yb (1-5 at%) CaF2 powder are used as forming raw materials of a product, the product is formed in a pressure forming mold at the set temperature and pressure for 0.5-2 hours, the heating rate is 10 DEG C/min, the temperature range is 300-400 DEG C, the pressure range is 300-600 Mpa, the particle size of the powder forming raw materials is 20-200 nm, and the water content is controlled to be 1-15 wt%. According to the method, a high-pressure mode is directly adopted, forming and sintering are sequentially completed at a time, and the CaF2-based transparent ceramic which is more compact, fine and uniform in crystal grain and high in light transmittance is obtained. The method has the advantages of low sintering temperature, simple process and energy conservation, reduces the product deformation, and is beneficial to guaranteeing the product quality.
本发明公开了一种氟化钙透明陶瓷及低温制备方法,以纯CaF2粉体、Nd1‑5at%:CaF2粉体或Yb1‑5at%:CaF2粉体为制品的成型原料,在设定温度、压力下保温保压0.5‑2小时于加压成型模具中成型,升温速率10℃/min,温度范围300‑400℃,压力范围300‑600Mpa,粉体成型原料的粒度20‑200nm,水份控制在1‑15wt%。本发明直接采用高压方式,成型、烧结一次顺序完成,获得更为致密、晶粒细小均匀且透光率高的CaF2基透明陶瓷。本发明具有烧结温度低、工艺简单、节约能源的优势,同时减小产品变形量,有利于保障产品品质。
