Combined type hoisting and hammering construction system and method for pipe-sinking cast-in-place pile
The invention discloses a combined hoisting and hammering immersed tube cast-in-place pile construction system which comprises a hole guiding system, a pile driving system and a pulling assisting system, the hole guiding system comprises a hole guiding machine and a positioning pile casing, and the power end of the hole guiding machine is connected with the upper end of the positioning pile casing and used for vertically pressing the positioning pile casing into a soil body and taking soil from the positioning pile casing; the piling system comprises a crawler crane, a hydraulic piling hammer and a steel sleeve, the lifting end of the crawler crane is connected with the hydraulic piling hammer, the striking end of the hydraulic piling hammer is downwards opposite to the upper end of the steel sleeve, and the steel sleeve and the positioning pile casing are coaxially arranged; the pulling assisting system comprises a high-frequency vibration hammer. The method has the advantages that a guide support is omitted on the basis of an existing high pile frame hammering process, pipe sinking construction is carried out in the mode that the crawler crane hoists the hydraulic hammer for direct hammering, equipment spot goods are sufficient, refitting is not needed, production construction can be carried out immediately, the construction efficiency is high, the pile forming speed is high, and the construction period progress is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种组合式吊打锤击沉管灌注桩施工系统,包括引孔系统、打桩系统和助拔系统,所述引孔系统包括引孔机和定位护筒,所述引孔机的动力端与定位护筒的上端相连,用于将定位护筒垂直压入土体内,并从定位护筒内取土;所述打桩系统包括履带吊、液压打桩锤和钢套管,所述履带吊的起吊端与液压打桩锤相连,液压打桩锤的击打端向下正对钢套管的上端,钢套管与定位护筒同轴配置;所述助拔系统包括高频振动锤。本发明的有益效果为:在现有高桩架锤击工艺的基础上取消了导向支架,采用履带吊吊打液压锤直接锤击的方式进行沉管施工,设备现货充足,无需改装,可立即投产施工,施工效率高,成桩速度快,保证了工期进度。
