A transmission motor, a transmission rod, a square rod, a square hole round pipe, a transmission bevel gear, a driven bevel gear, a worm and a worm gear are matched with one another, so that a rotating shaft can be driven to rotate while a vibrating rod ascends and descends in a reciprocating manner, a plurality of cams are driven to rotate, an arc-shaped plate can be pushed to move leftwards, and the arc-shaped plate is reset through arrangement of a second spring; and a plurality of first springs are used for driving adjacent steel balls to knock and vibrate a first cavity, so that concrete is resonated when a vibrating rod is inserted into a concrete member, vertical vibration and transverse vibration are realized at the same time, and the vibrating effect is more ideal.
本发明公开了混凝土浇筑用振捣器,包括托板,本发明在使用时,通过电动气缸、承重板和第二L形板之间的相互配合带动振捣棒在竖直方向上往复升降,此外,通过传动电机、传动杆、方杆、方孔圆管、传动锥形齿轮、从动锥形齿轮、蜗杆和蜗轮之间的相互配合可在振捣棒往复升降的同时带动转轴转动,并带动若干个凸轮转动,从而可推动弧形板向左移动,并通过第二弹簧的设置对弧形板复位,从而实现弧形板的左右往复移动,并利用若干个第一弹簧带动相邻的钢球对第一空腔进行敲击振动,从而当振捣棒插入混凝土构件时对混凝土进行共振,既实现了竖向振动同时又可实现横向振动,使得振捣效果更加理想。
