Intelligent balancing suspension derrick system capable of resisting strong wind and using method
The invention discloses an intelligent balancing suspension derrick system capable of resisting strong wind and a using method. The system comprises a derrick; a lifting rope; the top circular pulley track is provided with a plurality of pulleys; the waist circular pulley track is provided with a plurality of pulleys; the waist suspension steering pulley track is provided with a plurality of pulleys; the bottom suspension steering pulley track is provided with a plurality of pulleys; one end of a part of the control inhaul cables is fixed to the top circular pulley track and sequentially bypasses the waist suspension steering pulley track and the bottom suspension steering pulley track, and one end of a part of the control inhaul cables is fixed to the waist circular pulley track and sequentially bypasses the waist suspension steering pulley track and the bottom suspension steering pulley track; the data acquisition system is used for acquiring data of the derrick system; and the intelligent cable force adjusting system is connected to the other ends of the plurality of control inhaul cables and is used for controlling the tension of the control inhaul cables and controlling the pulleys to slide on the corresponding rails. According to the system, intelligent balancing during hoisting can be achieved, and meanwhile the derrick is kept stable under the action of strong wind.
