Intelligent parking management system and method
The invention provides an intelligent parking management system and method. The system comprises a first intelligent rod, a plurality of second intelligent rods and a processing device. The image capture range of the first intelligent rod covers an entrance of a road section, and the image capture range of each of the second intelligent rods at least covers a parking space of the road section. The processing device is communicatively coupled to the first smart bar and the plurality of second smart bars. The processing device identifies first vehicle information of a first vehicle entering the road section according to the image streaming provided by the first intelligent rod, obtains a moving track of the first vehicle on the road section based on the first vehicle information and the image streaming provided by the second intelligent rods, and judges the parking position of the first vehicle according to the moving track. Therefore, based on the intelligent rods which are originally arranged at the intersection and on the two sides of the road, the effect of accurately recording the parking information can be achieved under the condition that extra construction is not needed.
本揭示提供一种智能停车管理系统及方法。所述系统包括第一智能杆、多个第二智能杆及处理装置。第一智能杆的取像范围涵盖路段的入口,第二智能杆每一者的取像范围至少涵盖路段的一停车位。处理装置通信耦接至第一智能杆和多个第二智能杆。处理装置依据第一智能杆提供的影像串流辨识进入路段的第一车辆的第一车辆信息,基于第一车辆信息及各第二智能杆提供的影像串流取得第一车辆在路段的一移动轨迹,并依据移动轨迹判定第一车辆停放的位置。借此,本揭示可基于原本设置在路口和道路两侧的智能杆,在不需额外施工的情况下,达到精确记录停车信息的效果。
