The mineral admixture is used for partially or completely replacing fly ash and mineral powder while the use amount of a rubber material and the cost of the concrete are ensured, so that the strength of the concrete prepared after replacement reaches the strength level of a reference mix proportion, the size and the number of large bubbles on the surface of the concrete prepared after replacement are obviously reduced, the surface is flat and smooth, and the concrete has a good application prospect. And the color homogeneity is obviously improved.
