Waste resin is a medium-level radioactive waste, hydrated magnesium silicate cement serves as a curing base material of the waste resin, and the waste resin is prepared from, by mass, 30-50 parts of magnesium oxide, 50-70 parts of silica fume, 90-110 parts of aggregate, 2-4 parts of additive, 30-50 parts of waste resin and 50-60 parts of water. The materials are uniformly mixed in a stirring pot and then poured into a test mold for curing, and the compressive strength of a cement curing body after curing for 28 days can reach more than 7MPa. After waste resin is solidified by the hydrated magnesium silicate cement, the surface of a solidified body is free of cracks and small in strength loss after tests of impact, freeze thawing, soaking and the like, all properties can meet construction standard requirements, recovery of radioactive waste and guarantee of subsequent safety are achieved, and environmental protection is facilitated.
